Pricing

Semester Registration Fee - $75

• Due once per family per semester
• Due 1-2 weeks after successfully signing up for at least 1 class (waitlist does not count)
• Never refunded

Semester Support Deposit - $130

• Due once per family per semester
• Due 1-2 weeks after successfully signing up for at least 1 class (waitlist does not count)
• Parents may choose to reserve support positions for the semester to recoup some or all of the fee ($20/hour/position, paid at the conclusion of the reserved position).  Some positions include: cleanup, dismissal, lunch duty, etc
• If you are unable to help with support, you can treat this as an opt-out fee.  Just don't sign up for any jobs.

Class Fees - vary

• Listed as Tuition, Equipment, Materials, and Facility
• The Total Class Price is the sum of all of these
• The prices are for the semester unless the course title begins with a double asterisk (ex. ** 4-6 Science Olympiad)
• If you register before June 1 for Fall or Dec 1 for Spring, the first half of your class fees is due 1-2 weeks after you successfully register for at least 1 class.  The second half is due on Jun 1 or Dec 1.
• If you register after June 1 for Fall or Dec 1 for Spring, all of your class fees are due 1-2 weeks after you successfully register for at least 1 class.

Facility Fees - $10 per hour of class

• Study Hall and Math Lab are exempt
• Capped at $100 per family per semester
• Facility Fee discount is added to your account between the first payment due date and second payment due date for the semester

Late Fee - $25

• If payments are not received by/on the due date, a $25 late fee is assessed
• Never refunded

Technology Fee - $1 per Zelle Payment

• When paying with Zelle, add $1 to cover the fee for using the service
• Never refunded
